Ascent Trip Report

From Highway S-2 in the Town of Shelter Valley, Kelley and I turned east on Wells Fargo Trail and then north on Buckboard Trail and drove to the end of the road, parking at the un-signed Wells Fargo Trailhead located at the boundary of Anza Borrego State Park. From the trailhead, we did a cross country semi-loop hike over moderately easy terrain with sometime dense Agave plants to Peak 2756 and Sentenac Mountain. Trip stats include ascents of both peaks.
