Ascent Trip Report

After an earlier failed attempt to bag this peaklet from a driveway, because residents were about, I tried it again on a rainy day, encouraged after earlier finding a way to bag Elk Point among houses. I found a place to park in a small dirt pull-off across from the mailbox at 7338 NW Penridge Road, and, then, started up a trail next to an electrical box marked 20268, which was a short walk back along Penridge. When the trail went right, I went left and uphill along a faint use-trail to pass the big green watertower and find the highest point in a wooded area between two houses. As I drove away, a couple residents had already begun walking their dogs down Penridge, but appeared friendly when I waved at them as I drove away.
