Ascent Trip Report“Today is the greatest....day I’ve ever known.” ~Smashing Pumpkins. 9.23.18. I’ve dreamed of the day I would accomplish a Solo of BRIDGE MTN!!!! Today my dream came true. I marched up that big intimidating sandstone beast of a mountain with bravery, strength and grace. The joy I feel is indescribable. I can’t believe I made it happen. I’ve tried a solo so many times and just cowered away in fear. Not today!....Best 12 miles and 4,200’ vert of my life. |
