Ascent Trip ReportThe following ascent was completed by "Highpoint Hitz" and "Trailmap Tess".
It was Black Friday, so like usual, I wanted to get outside and do something completely unrelated to Black Friday. It was a beautiful day, a great day for a long drive to get two relatively boring highpoints with no views: Greene County's highpoint and Washington County's highpoint.
We approached Birch Raod from Rocky Run Road and followed Wayne Snyder's address and parked on the right side of the road just past the two gates (one on each side of the road) that he mentions. We went back to the two gates and walked up the wide, grass path to the top of the hill. There was a "private property no trespassing" sign on the gate that leads uphill, but the gate was open. We easily found the highest point and didn't take long because over the hill was an archery hunter in a tree stand. We might have ruined his day. Because of the leaves being down, there was a little bit of a view.
