Ascent Trip ReportGreat day with near perfect conditions for hiking. My girlfriend decided she wanted to try hiking out and as I had been eyeing this peak and its claimed "good for children" ease we headed out. All in all a nice easy hike up the Pacific Crest Trail which was still quite snow covered but easy to follow then a right at the ridge line and up to the base of the summit blocks. My girlfriend found a place to sit and I pounded out the remaining block itself. I climbed the wrong one 2 times before finally getting to the top of a fairly easy class 4 where the summit register and survey marker awaited me.
