Ascent Trip ReportThis was a fun hike on a hot day! I started taking the Lost Pond Trail across from Pinkham Notch. This is a short and cute trail that leads to the Wildcat Ridge Trail. The WRT immediately starts ascending with several scrambles and views along the way (my favorite type of hiking). I followed the entire trail and descended via Nineteen-Mile Brook Trail. The descent was fairly easy compared to the climb. At the end, there was a nice woman with her mother who offered to drive me back to my car.
Motion-X: 7:43:21; 8.43 miles, 3,285' gain.
