Ascent Trip Report

I hiked North Peak as a warm-up on my way to Mount Williamson the following day. I left the Bay Area at 3:30am and made it to Saddlebag Lake in under four hours. The hike was uneventful, but I very much enjoyed the numerous waterfalls, the deep blue Conness Lakes, and the impressive summit views. From here I got a late lunch in Bishop and an early night in Independence.
