Ascent Trip ReportThis was a bonus peak on day 8 of the Sierra Challenge. I approached the peak by traversing the ridge from Rixford. I ascended the summit block using the ledge system on the west side. Then I wrapped around to the east with a big exposed lateral step, and I pulled myself on top of the monolith. In my first attempt of this peak, I was too cold to think clearly to make the lateral step move.
