Ascent Trip ReportBagged YAB on the way back from Tomyhoi. From the top I looked back at the ridge connecting the peak to the false summit to the south, and was shocked to find about ten hikers stopping on the false summit, with no one continuing to the true summit. To me it seems like climbing Adams and calling it good after reaching Pikers Peak. The trail simply continues past the false summit so I'm not sure why anyone would even think of stopping there, although the last final 40 foot summit block does look slightly intimidating from a distance for hikers not used to doing any scrambling. Seemed like class 2 or 2+ to me.
