Ascent Trip Report

Contrary to Ozark Trail website, the trail was quite clear and not blocked by downed trees, but we only hiked it to the turnoff to Bell Mountain. The initial portion of the climb is rocky and muddy, but then trail is quite flat once one attains the ridge. View from the peak is nice. Only other significant up and down is on latter half of the loop, but most of the work is on the first and last two miles.
