Flew into the northern of the two Swineford Lakes via floatplane from Juneau. Bushwhacked up the very thick NW slopes camped at 3700 feet below the glacier. Continued up steep snow to avoid the lower icefall on the glacier and traversed onto the glacier at 5500 feet. Weaved around large crevasses linking snow bridges up to the summit ridge. Minor class 3 rock to get to the summit. Returned to camp early that afternoon and hung out in the sun and enjoyed the views. Back to the lake early the next morning for a pick up.
