Ascent Trip Report

Mountaineers trip led by Jeff Patterson. Hike in to camp was uneventful. Early start from camp a few hundred yards east of the Cascadian Couloir which merged into it at 5400 ft. We made good progress to just below the snow slope when we put crampons on as Ice axes couldn't penetrate snow more than 2 inches. Only needed them for about 200 vertical feet. Remainder of ascent was a nice rock scramble with a few class 3 and 4 moves.
