Ascent Trip ReportIt started thunderstorming a little past Shackleford Ridge, so I made the hard decision to turn around and abandon the attempt. I'm glad I did because lightning was striking everywhere on my way back. The weather report said 10% chance of rain when I left and the radar didn't show much. Crazy trip, but we'll get there soon! |
