Ascent Trip ReportThis plan came together a little hastily as a dayhike thanks to my merciless work schedule, which meant a lot of walking in one day. Snow the whole way other than the first half mile made the going a lot easier. Great conditions, lots of skiers, tons of people on the mountain. In retrospect, this is one of the most difficult hikes I've done. No part of this technically challenging, but doing this whole shebang in one day with a couple hours of sleep is fairly grueling. Thanks to Troy for his willingness to dayhike this to accomodate my stupid work schedule. |
