Ascent Trip Report

Excellent snow conditions and visibility, although the wind was pretty active along the summit ridge. Took Old chute directly to ridgeline, and around all the guided groups that were roping up to climb the icy gully on the right hand side of old chute. Camped in the scree directly east of Silcox Hut, overnight and early morning wind completely filled my "porous" tent with sand, total mess to pack up. Troy Baker guided me up this one since I was gracious enough to guide him up Beatys Butte's perilous North Drive Up Route.
