Ascent Trip ReportVisited this "summit" on a very cold winter day to see Everest from this classic viewpoint. It literally took my breath away! It is the highest point easily accessible on the ridge running toward Pumori from Kala Pattar and the highest point I would attain during my 6 month visit to this beautiful country. From Kala Pattar it is a rock and boulder hop of about half a mile. |
