Ascent Trip Report

The previous night slept in truck near 50.9839, -121.7774, which is about 6km west of the peak. The next morning drove truck to the top on a pretty good dirt road. I think a carefully driven sedan might be able to make this drive, though there are some steep sections. Nice views from the top. We visited both contenders, the SE one has a spot elevation 2089 meters on BC basemap, and the NW one has no spot elevation and a bit smaller contour. Both hills have comm towers on them.

I used a sight level in both directions and found that the NW contender is higher by about 1 or 2 meters. On this NW hill a rocky outcrop is located south of the fencing around the comm tower, so the HP is accessible without going inside any fencing.
