Ascent Trip ReportThis was a scramble over several ridges and peaklets. The rock was primarily very abrasive limestone, but of the more stable variety (unlike some parts of LMNRA), which made for fun short climbing sections. The weather was clear and very windy in places, but subsided about the time we hit the summit, and was non-existent during the decent.
The register was in an old split water bottle, so bring something to replace it with if possible. Also, we had no pencil so we didn't sign. Last entry was from 2015, except the one from Crystal DiPietro that was also 11-18-2018! So basically no one climbs this peak, but the one day we do it, someone else had also. We saw no sign of her, but there was a car parked not far from ours. Weird. The lack of a pencil probably means a number of people summit but don't sign.
Overall it was a beautiful day and fun time on this rarely-ascended peak, with some great views.
