Hi, I'm Joe and I'm from the flatland of Norfolk. In May 2012 I completed my first round of the Wainwrights in The Lake District. The first mountain I ever climbed was Pavey Ark in April 2007 and it sparked a desire to climb to the summit of as many mountains as I possibly can! I lived in the Lake District for just over a year which made it easier to complete the Wainwrights and gain some winter mountaineering experience (and also made it only a couple of hours to Fort William!) and I am now looking at higher peaks in the Alps and the Greater Ranges. In 2013 I will be heading to Morocco to summit Mt Toubkal as well as a couple of other 4000m peaks.
