Ascent Trip Report

I parked a bit too early, having misread the driving instructions, which are excellent and on summitpost.org. I loaded several GPS tracks into my device, and followed them. I needed it - I'm not a seasoned desert navigator and started to go astray several times. Still, in some places I took a slightly different path. I was pleased with my route. The use trails are excellent, and often allow one to avoid going up and down the entire ridgeline.

I had great weather, and the views from the top were nice. Low number of entries in the register compared to other P2k+ peaks I've done out west.
