Ascent Trip ReportAwesome group hike led by Milton. Carpooled up with Garrett. Also on hike: Zach, PeterG, Scott, MichaelW and LarryP. Originally planned for Liberty/Flume, we decided last minute to do the FRL up Falling Waters and down OBP. Clouds were heavy until we summited Lincoln, when we saw a break and some blue skies and fleeting views of Washington over the clouds. Rarely we could see Lafayette peeking through the clouds. Calm wind, wet balmy day overall. Best weather happened during summit of Lafayette and then turned overcast and a bit windier. Perfect timing. It was a zoo (~30 people) on Lafayette, and one group hauled a keg of beer up there while a 'classy lassy' was drinking a 28oz can of Bud.
