Ascent Trip ReportCOLD, COLD day. Temp was -12F in the parking lot and got up to about 10F later in the day... brrr. Freezing winds on top of Mt. Field. Clear day and we had great views of presidentials and surrounding peaks. Lots of snow. Couldn't have survived without handwarmers... hiked with Larry, Pawel, Evan, Babul and Zack. Cold made us turn around before Mt. Willey, so we hit Mt. Avalon instead. Had fun glissading down slopes on the way back.
