Ascent Trip ReportRead Gary Fallesen's book, Bob Packard's report and Michael Schwartz's report. But it was a geocache, Bear Swamp TB Retreat and Lodge (GC12P65) that took me to Bear Swamp. Came South on Rte. 41A. After passing a Buffalo Farm turned left on Iowa Road. Turned left onto Bear Swamp Road and then right on Ridge Road. Passed the cemetery. Parked off the road about 2/10 ths of mile from cache site. The coordinates for Cayuga #1 showed it to be 2/10 ths of mile from cache site. Bushwhacked to the area. Did not do Cayuga #2 or Cayuga #3.
