Ascent Trip Report

My friend had tried an attempt up Mt. Daniel a year ago and had to turn back because they got lost. So he considered it unfinished business to conquer King County's highest point. Since it was just the two of us, we decided to make it a 1-day climb and drove in to the TH in the morning. After finding a spot in the trailer-only parking lot, we left the trailhead a little after 7.30. The approach to Peggy's Pond was uneventful except the ridiculous amount of beastly mosquitoes attacking you from every front.
