Ascent Trip ReportThe highest point in Orne and Basse-Normandie. Latest IGN mapping gives the height as 413m, therefore this is second to Mont des Avaloirs in north-west France. The 'borne geodesique' & highpoint are in woods a couple of hundred metres down an easy track south-west of the parking area at Carrefour de la Verrerie (which itself is on a minor road west of the junction of the D26 and D226 at the Carrefour de la Croix de Médavy). You might need a map +/- GPS to find it!
