Ascent Trip Report

Road to Pratt Lake Trail head is well plowed, short and gentle slope. Would be fine taking 2wd there (at least until next serious snowfall)
We left the trailhead at 7:15 and had nice trail broken up to Olallie Lake. From there up to and along the ridge we were breaking our own trail in about 18 inch of light fluffy powder. Reached the summit just before one and back at the cars just after four. This route is nice because traveling along the ridge means avalanche conditions are less of a concern (on this day they were listed as moderate, which was fine). We were fortunately that as we were coming down the ridge the weather cleared and we got some beautiful views of the range containing Kaleetan and The Tooth.
Go out and get it while the trail's still broken! :)
