Ascent Trip Report

Not the most spectacular COHP nor the most amazing accomplishment, as I was able to drive to within 5 feet of the marker. But a fun venture out none the less.

From Badger Mountain Road, take the more northern of the 2 parallel roads - Falcon Ridge Road. Chipmunk Trail is much rougher - definitely need a 4wd vehicle. On Chipmunk there is a steep hill going down then steeply back up, that a car would not be able to handle. I've owned my 4runner for 10 years and this was probably the roughest road I ever took it on.

Once you've driven close, look around for the yellow survey sign as pictured. Spotted it from the car and walked over to tag my 4th WA COHP.

You get some sense of elevation while looking around, but not much.
