Ascent Trip Report

Took Baldy Bowl Route up, pleasant hike. Warm down low, but pleasantly mild up high. Scree and talus past skiier's cabin. Easy hike. Took Devil's backbone route down, but exited onto shortcut trail down that I cannot remember the name of. This shortcut was somewhat difficult to find. A difficult to notice cairn and study of topo helped me find it while on the route. This route was very steep down and exposed a non-optimal boot fit.
