Ascent Trip Report

Nice, fairly short/quick hike, a new one for me. Trail was well packed in and I only needed microspikes. The paved parking lot is a plus at the start of mud season! There were plenty of maps available at the parking area, trail very well blazed, and a number of interpretive signs along the way. Very nice views north towards the Whites from Moosilauke to Washington, plus of course the Lake and Ossipee Range. Much more limited views to the S towards Gunstock.
