Ascent Trip Report

Went back and finished the deal after my unsuccessful attempt last time.... It was a fun hike. There was a layer of clouds covering the whole area at about 4500 ft, so it was really cool looking out at the other peaks from above the clouds - looked like some sort of archipelago.

One kinda lame note - somebody had torn the summit register book into a million pieces and strewn them all over the summit =/ They also smashed the metal box it was in up pretty good also. It's a shame someone would do that to such a beautiful place. I took some time to clean things up as best I could....
