Ascent Trip Report

Rain on ascent to 7,000 foot base camp. Low pressure moved on on Saturday as we were setting up our high camp on Lunch Counter. Temperature dropped and some snow fell on summit (1-2 inches). Very windy Saturday night. Sunday, clear and crisp. Summit had 50-60 MPH winds and visibility only in patches to the South. Sunday night, strongest winds (60-70) and snow! Monday morning, the winds died down and we descended. Slight snowfall all the way to the parking lot even though the temp was around 60.
