Two day ski tour with very arduous but eventually rewarding summit day: Ascend from Zermatt via train to Monte Rosa hut for overnight stay about 3 hours. Summit day: about 1750m (!) in altitude difference, most of which on skis, the final 100m ice/rock climbing with crampons and ice axe. Great view from the summit to the sourounding peaks of the Alps!
