Ascent Trip ReportWhen I did this hike there was about 18" of snow on the trail for the first part and as I got closer to the top it got deeper and deeper. Along the trail someone use red paint to mark the High Point Trail as there are a couple area's with forks in the trail. It is easy to follow
The trail is not overly long, but with the snow it did take a while to make it to the top. The views were great from the top. There is a picnic table along with sign and mailbox at the top. You will also pass MD stone marker 3 on the way up.
