Ascent Trip Report

Great hike! Lots of snow and then it started to snow as well. Lost the trail in the snow the first day and got stopped at a creek. Turned back and pitched at beautiful Lost Lake. Next day went back to the trail and went straight up the snow field staying close to bushes sticking out. Found the trail when we came out of the end of the snow field. Skirted Horseshoe Lake and made our way to the summit. Saw a herd of Elk in the bowl near the summit along with some Bighorns. Beautiful views all around at the top.
