Ascent Trip ReportA fine autumnal day so somewhat randomly we decided to ascend the highest points of 3 out of North Yorkshire's 7 local government districts; namely Hambleton (Urra Moor-Round Hill), Ryedale (Urra Moor-Round Hill-SE slope: marked by the "Face Stone") and Scarborough (Stockdale Moor-Stony Ridge). A there and back hike from Clay Bank, beautiful light between heavy showers.
