Ascent Trip Report

First day climb to head of Russell Glacier and camp. Glacier crossing was quick and easy, we left the trailhead at Whitewater Creek around 6am and made camp around 2pm. Second day, up the northwest ridge. Did pretty good until crossing the knife edge ridge on the north horn (truly a knife edge). Following the knife edge was what I would consider highly exposed climbing up and across the southwest face of the north horn, which we started into and came to a stop on a higher ledge, where we needed to face climb up towards the top of the horn which I wasn't ready for.
