Ascent Trip ReportA sign at the summit refers to this as Blyn Mountain. Our route is basically just following roads as mapped. From 101 go W on West Uncas Road near Port Discovery. Take an angling right turn and ascend up and past several houses on an easy dirt road. You'll go L at a fork with Casselary Road on the R. Very quickly come upon another junction where you go R and you come upon a large yellow logging road gate. No negative signage here or anywhere on route currently. Park and walk. Not much else to do. Walk good roads that are still driven by those with the magic key all the way to the cluster of towers on the summit.
After about 1/3rd of a mile you come across a spur L and a spur R but stay on the good road up the middle. Turn W and cross onto State Land. At a saddle of sorts turn right at 1600' and take a little curvy road all the way to the top. Lots of flat and lots of towers. No clue where the HP is. Wander and then admit it is unclear and that no ground is natural anyway. Then walk back down. Winter exercise and P1000 bagging are all that this offers. Sammy the Corgi enjoyed it; but he enjoys eating cat poop too so his standards are questionable.
