Ascent Trip ReportSunny day with a light breeze. The last mile was steep, I put the poles back in my pack and climbed with my hands. The fire tower is in good repair with nice views. The bugs were swarming at every stop, so we ate lunch on the firetower itself. The trail crosses several streams, but there are good rocks or bridges at each crossing. A nice, blood pumping hike!
