Peak:Mount Moriah

Ascent Trip Report

Went up the Stony Brook Trail. Took my time, did 3h up and 2h down. Trail was sufficiently broken to AT, then seemed as though many went right to Imp site. Gradual ascent the whole way... one of my favorite trails.

Trail was broken about to second view point, then not so much. With the recent freeze/thaw, didn't matter much, I just kinda threw on my snowshoes and went derpin' around and made a b-line for Moriah summit. Found the trail anyway 5m later... spent a solid amount of time on the summit (there is a false one like .1 mile S of the real one) taking pictures.

:3

In the words of Ice Cube, it was a good day.
