Ascent Trip ReportThis Hunter Mountain climb completes the Catskills 35-3500 Footers, the 1st was Blackhead, climbed on 1991-02-08. Rose and I made 4 trips to the Catskills, over a 3 year period (2-3days,1-8days and 1-7days)for a total of 21 days. Rose provided all of the necessary support while I did day trips. We stayed in Hotels and at David Mack`s summer home in Garfield Road, Hunter NY. David is from Valley Cottage,NY (outside of NY City). Rose and I met David,Chuck and Joan at the Twin Brook Lean-to in the Adirondacks on 1988-10-08,the following day we climbed Allen together.They were the ones who first told me about the Catskills 3500.
