Ascent Trip Report

I parked on the minor road to the south, spot height 446 on the 1:25K map. I headed north up a short forestry road, and continued up some rough old tracks and cross country until I hit another forest road at about 570m, I turned right and climbed steadily to a junction of several roads at about 640m almost due east of the summit. From there a very rough track passes the summit to the south and I scrambled through and over the thick vegetation to the summit area. The drizzle turned to rain, I couldn´t find the trig for the veg, and the whole area was covered with signs like keep out, private land, danger logging etc, even though there was no evidence of logging for years. I enjoy every walk, just being outside is a pleasure but for this one I really had to make an effort. Hardcore baggers of Vosges P150m tops only...
