Ascent Trip ReportI followed Brad Boester's Trip Report, but I added a variation. I drove further. From where Brad stopped and hiked, I continued driving by turning right at the "T" intersection, passed a lesser road in 0.2 mile, then took the left fork at a "Y" and at 0.4 mile from the "T", I turned left on a lesser road. At 1.2 mile from the "T" the road merged with one coming up from the left, at 2.0 mile I turned left uphill from the road that continues into the drainage. I drove uphill another 0.5 mile to where the road ends on the ridge at 5,600 ft elevation.
I hiked up the ridge following Brad's suggestions. Great views and this was a nice hike.
