Ascent Trip ReportFlags on the 48 event. Eight of us hiked to the summit to hoist a US flag for two hours. Winds were up to 60mph gusts and cloudy. The flag remained up for 30 minutes before our pole met its demise and broke. No rain until we returned to our cars on Clinton Rd.
