Ascent Trip Report

Took water taxi across Echo Lake and climbed up to and beside Lake Aloha up to Mosquito Pass. Climbed directly up to first bump in front of Lake Aloha and then along knife-edge ridge to slope leading up to top of Jacks. I left a film can with a small note in it since there was not a register on top and I had neglected to bring one up. Went down (including some snow) east side of peak to pick up a side trail which quickly led to Lake Aloha, and back to Echo Lake. The mosquitos were terrible along the lakes, esp. Aloha. Got on boat at 10:15; returned to cars at dusk (9:15PM)
