Ascent Trip Report

On day one, John and I backpacked from Silver Lake over Agnew Pass to Thousand Island Lake. On day two, we climbed the peak via its West Slope Route. From camp, we day hiked cross country up to North Glacier Pass, then dropped down the other side to Lake Catherine and made our way south over to Lake 3377. Next, we climbed up the peak's west slope to its south ridge, which we followed to the summit. Although this route is easy from a technical standpoint (class 2), it sure is a long way around to get there! On day three, John and I backpacked out to the vehicle.
