Ascent Trip ReportOn day one, Bob and I backpacked from Lake Sabrina to Baboon Lake and set up camp. On day two, we climbed up to Sunset Lake and then up to the Powell-Thompson Col, which we managed to ascend without an ice ax or crampons. Next, we followed a sandy ledge to the peak's southeast chute, then made our way up the chute to the summit. Afterwards, we returned to camp following our ascent route, then backpacked out to the vehicle.
