Ascent Trip ReportWe started traveling west after parking off of 42 and the nettles were just starting to grow so it wasn't bad. Saw a lot of bear scat but didn't see any bears. We eventually turned north to catch the ridge. Followed the ridge southwest to the canister. We hung out on a large rock to eat and then ended up coming off the summit northeast. I used the combination of map, compass and GPS to get us back on the ridge the way we came up. This time we went further north across the stream to find a herd path.
