Ascent Trip Report

We left Grey Lodge around 11 am headed towards Jeff and then Washington. Reached Edmonds Col with clear skies and made it to the other side of an ice pack about a 1/2 hours clim up Jeff. Instantly hit with suvh a terrible storm we had only one way to go...back the way we came. In near blinding conditions, in hurracaine like storm we went back to Grey Lodge, then took the Lowes Path to the road for a shuttle to a hotel to dry out. What a way to go. Later we found out that the storm stayed on Jeff so we are fortunate to have the sense to turn around.
