Ascent Trip ReportAnother beautiful winter hike. Some had the goal to see the views at the ledges, others the summit. Multi level in abilities, For some an easy summit, for me, an effort that I gladly took on. It was an experience in deep snow, partial trail breaking, and how to get out of a spruce trap while still in snowshoes. a sobering reminder on why this meet up is so good- hiking alone might offer solitude, but no one will be there if you suddenly need a hand."
