Ascent Trip Report65 degrees and sunny. Signs say 5.8 miles each way. Other sources have it between 4.5 and 5 miles. This trail offers it all. Different types of terrain and great views of the Roaring Brook for the first half of the hike, then a swampy section near a reservoir, finally steep climbing at the upper end of Cloud trail. A little over 5 hours total with lunch at the summit.
